I have had dogs for over 30 years, I have shown my dogs, trained my dogs and those of friends and family, and their networks, after retiring from my teaching career I have turned my passion in to my business, swapping marking for barking.
I have studied over the years completing many seminars and training courses with the Kennel Club, Open University , Huddersfield University post graduate studies, along with many courses in all things canine, I always aim to study/learn something new every year. I have studies many breeds in my role as a Kennel Club Steward. My main concern is the welfare of dogs and their owners living and training with modern, positive reward based training and learning, to have a harmonious life together.
