Hi there, I’m Mandy

I work as a Virtual HR Director and leadership expert for UK small businesses, with between 1 and 300 employees.

I offer a range of DIY downloadable Contracts and HR Templates designed to protect your business and save you time and money. I also provide pay-as-you-go HR Support.

My Credentials

I have a Masters in HR Management, a degree in Business Studies and I’m Fellows accredited by the CIPD (which is the highest HR level you can get).

I’ve worked with a number of incredible entrepreneurs & business owners and I’ve published a book on how to hire your first employee.

During my career I’ve done everything from innovative induction programmes through to complex redundancies plans.

But what you really need to know about me is that I’m honest, trustworthy and loyal. I give 100% to my clients and pride myself on offering integrity and confidentiality.
