How to get recommendations and referrals

A big part of relationship building is getting recommendations – either from those who like or trust you, or from previous clients.

It’s important to where possible help others, and work together – this means we can not only help more dogs and dog owners but also enable ourselves to get more business. But first we must give before we ask, think what is in it for the other professional before we think about ourselves.
